Cancellation policy
This policy summarises how purchases of digital walking routes may be cancelled under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981. If this summary conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
Digital routes and immediate access
Paid routes are digital content and information. Access to the map is supplied immediately on the device used for the purchase after PayPal confirms payment.
The distance-sale cancellation provisions do not apply, among other things, to information as defined by Israel’s Computers Law, 5755–1995. Accordingly, where a route falls within this exception and access has already been supplied, the transaction cannot be cancelled merely because the purchaser changed their mind, subject to mandatory law.
When a cancellation right applies
If route access was not supplied, there is a material fault, or the route materially differs from the information presented before purchase, contact us and we will review the request under applicable law. Where cancellation results from a defect, non-conformity or failure to supply on time, no cancellation fee will be charged where prohibited by law.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a transaction that is not exempt, the ordinary distance-sale cancellation period is 14 days from the date specified by law. Certain transactions involving a conversation with a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may have a four-month period. In such a case, payment will be returned within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice, and a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply unless the law prohibits charging it.

The cancellation notice is considered received when it reaches us. We will respond after reviewing the transaction details and the law applicable to it.
