We are committed to letting everyone use this site comfortably, independently and on equal terms.
Our commitment
We believe it matters that every person can browse this site comfortably and independently, and we work to make it as accessible as possible for all users, including people with disabilities.
The site was built aiming to meet the Israeli standard (IS 5568), based on the international WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility guidelines, and for a good part of its components goes further to the stricter Level AAA — including colour contrast and button tap-target sizes.
Accessibility features
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page, to jump past the menu.
- Full keyboard navigation, including inside pop-up dialogs (day details on your itinerary), with focus returned to where it was opened from on close.
- Screen-reader labels and descriptions on buttons, forms and interactive components across the site.
- Alternative text on images for screen readers.
- High colour contrast on site text, at Level AAA (at least 7:1).
- Enlarged tap targets (at least 44 by 44 pixels) for buttons and links.
- A clear, consistent content and heading structure.
- Support for the browser's "reduce motion" preference, for users sensitive to animation.
- Readable on mobile devices and across different screen sizes, in both Hebrew (RTL) and English.
